FADRFADRThese Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FADR ("the app") on iOS and Android, developed by Cinderhound Studio ("we," "our"). By downloading or using FADR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Where the two platforms differ, these Terms say so.
FADR generates a preview of how you might look with a different haircut, hair colour, beard, hair length or texture, make-up, outfit or photoshoot setting, alone or combined in Studio, using your photograph and an artificial intelligence image model. Its Color Analysis suggests colours that may suit you, based on your photograph.
Always consult a qualified barber, stylist or colourist before committing to a cut or colour. We are not responsible for the outcome of a haircut, colour treatment, purchase, or any other decision made after using the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FADR, or at least 13 where local law permits and you have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have that permission in any case.

We may refuse service, remove content, or block access if these Terms are breached.
Generated images are produced by a third-party AI model and may be imperfect. They may misrepresent your hair or appearance, alter details unintentionally, or fail to produce a usable result.
Do not present generated images as real photographs of yourself or anyone else in any context where that would mislead.
Reporting a result. If a generated image is offensive, inappropriate, or not recognisably you, please report it. On Android you can do this from the result screen inside the app. On iOS, use Settings, then "report a problem", or email contact@cinderhound.com. We review reports and use them to improve our content safeguards.
Free looks. New users receive a small number of free looks, once per device. They are not given again if the app is deleted and reinstalled.
Look packs. Additional looks can be bought as one-time, consumable "look packs" through the App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android.
Codes. Promotional codes may grant free looks and can be redeemed inside the app on both platforms. On iOS, App Store offer codes can also be redeemed through Apple's own redemption screen. Codes may be limited in number and in how many one device can redeem, may expire, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Where your looks are held. Your balance of looks is held on our server against an anonymous identifier for your device (see the Privacy Policy, section 2.4). It is not linked to your Apple ID or Google account. It stays with your device if you delete and reinstall FADR, so unused looks come back. It cannot be transferred to another device, and is lost if the device is erased or factory reset.
FADR Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that gives you access to every tool in FADR and an allowance of looks (see section 9). It is offered as a weekly or a yearly plan. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may differ by country.
FADR Pro is for personal, non-commercial use. Each image FADR creates is generated by AI and has a real cost, so to keep the service fast, affordable and fair for everyone, FADR Pro includes a generous allowance of generations:
Your allowance renews at the start of each billing period; unused generations do not carry over. If you reach it, you can keep going straight away with look packs, which are sold separately and never expire. Generations that fail, or that we can't complete, don't count towards your allowance.
We may change these limits, for example to keep up with our costs. If we reduce them, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect, and the change will not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.
FADR depends on third-party services, including Google's Gemini API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will stop offering FADR Pro so that subscriptions do not renew. Refunds for unused looks or for the remainder of a subscription period would be handled by Apple or Google Play, depending on where you bought them.
The FADR name, logo, design, catalogue of looks, images, written descriptions, and app code are the property of Cinderhound Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission. This does not affect your rights to your own photographs and generated results under section 5.
FADR is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinderhound Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FADR, including any decision made about your hair or appearance.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them. Changes to the fair-use allowance are also subject to section 9.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
